24*7 Gps Tracking and Security Control Room

- All the trucks and trailers on the road are monitored by a 24/7 Security control room.
- The security control room is the key communicator between the drivers and the operation team.
- In case the external power is lost or the truck halts on the road, it is immediately reported to the Security Control Room.
Security Patrolling and Rescue
The well-trained security patrolling team at ATC ensures no issue is unattended and monitors the truck through the GPS system.
- We have rescue units that cover over 355 km from Dubai to Alghuhai path and other emirates in an emergency.
- The officer inspects the driver, truck, and trailer at the loading point, the designated parking areas, and exit & entry points on the UAE border.
- If external power is lost, we have a system in place that identifies and addresses any incident within a short time span.
- Patrolling vehicles are loaded with an emergency kit to ensure end-to-end security.
